Wildwood with Nana

Whilst Rand and Caz were at Lucy Timms' wedding (really great occasion btw!), Nana and Grandad Philip took Charlotte and Thomas out for the day with Lisa, Heather and Poppy too. They went over to "the tent place" and "Wildwood" near Canterbury. They all seemed to have a fun time exploring the tents...
...and here are the 4 cousins (Heather, Thomas, Poppy and Charlotte)...
...and of course fun at the playground!

Howletts visit

With Lisa, Heather and Poppy staying with us for a week, we have been doing lots of exciting (and exhausting!) days out. One of these was to Howletts Wild Animal Park.
Thomas was leaning on the fence in the "Walking with Lemurs" area and a lemur came running along the fence, jumped over Thomas' head and ran over to where the keeper was just putting out their food! This rather shocked Thomas at the time but he was soon laughing about it!

Poppy's First Birthday

Poppy recently celebrated her first birthday so we made a cake for her and had a belated celebration whilst Lisa, Heather and Poppy were down visiting us. Poppy seemed appreciative!

Thomas' Sports Day

Thomas had his pre-school sports day on Friday. Despite his lack of cooperation at the beginning, Thomas was talked around by Rand and went on to win the running race and the pushchair race! Also very important to mention here that Rand won the Dad's dressing up race (sorry I didn't get a photo of him with his hat, scarf and handbag!) Well done Thomas! xxx

Pink Rabbit parachute jump

Charlotte entered "Pink Rabbit" into the Teddy Bear parachute jump competition from the top of the Church tower in Lyminge. The home-made parachute performed admirably and Pink Rabbit won a trophy for "Best Parachutist". The trophy was presented to Charlotte in her school assembly the following week. How proud!
