Noddy

We had a family day out on Friday and went to see Noddy and Friends at the Hop Farm near Tonbridge.

Aunty Emma won a giant Eeyore toy that was swiftly adopted by Charlotte (thanks Em!)

Charlotte and Thomas both had turns driving Noddy's car.

Poppy Webster

Caz's sister Lisa gave birth to a baby girl on 6th July weighing 9lb 14oz. Her name is Poppy Jane Webster and both Lisa and Poppy are doing well. A gorgeous cousin for Charlotte and Thomas.

Party!

We had our house warming party at the weekend and enjoyed the company of many friends from afar. Silly face from Mike, while Jo and Jake concentrate on the masterpiece being created.

Thomas seems more relaxed than most men as he is allowing himself to be driven by Shannon!

Escape from Atlantis!

Charlotte and Thomas enjoy playing "Escape from Atlantis" with Auntie Ruth. Islands, sea monsters, sharks, octopus', dolphins, boats and people are all part of this game.

Puzzle time

Thomas has just started working on jigsaw puzzles. Looking at the photo closely you can see he is trying to put the duck's head on the chicken's legs. Never mind!

Sports Day

Charlotte enjoying her pre-school sports day. She competed in a running race, bunny hop race and dressing up race. (Must add here that Caz won the mummy's running race!)

Paddling pool fun!

Thomas loves whooshing down the slide and skidding across the splash of water in the paddling pool. Charlotte freaks out if she gets a splash of water on her (even if she is wearing her swimming costume!)

Harry visits

Charlotte has an admirer in the form of Harry (5 months).

Painting fun

Thomas demonstrates why children should always wear aprons when they paint!

A fake grass ski slope which you go down in rubber ring boats! The top part was actually quite steep (hence the look on Charlotte and Thomas' faces) but they enjoyed it and went time and time again!

We had unexpected rain on this day out hence the orange rain poncho that Rand purchased. Rain also explains the slight flatness of Rand's usually spikey hair!

Despite Rand's best teachings, Thomas still thinks it is easier to pick up the ball after his first shot and put it straight in the hole. In fairness to him, this of course resulted in a hole in 2 each time and hence he won our round of mini golf. Whatever it takes!
